For Technician and General class licenses there are 400 questions in the pool. 35 questions at random are chosen for the exam some of which might have a diagram. Passing grade for Technician or General is 26. For Extra class license there are 600 questions and the exam length is 50 questions and tends to have more diagrams for an exam on average. Passing grade for Extra is 37.
